She brought a very interesting perspective on educational equity to the table. While there are still a large number of systemic problems impeding educational equity, teachers across the nation do their best to make their classrooms and equal space every day, by taking into account the individual needs and backgrounds of every student. What could we do to better support them, as they try their best to help their students?
